Recipe Notes
This salsa lasts a little more than a week refrigerated, but let's be honest--it's not going to last a whole week in there. Serve it with chips, on tacos, burrito bowls--on the side or top of pretty much anything you love, for a fresh, light, flavorful accent to your food.
